How we work.

Three principles show up in every project. These are also the things our clients say afterward that we did differently.

Shipped, not staged.

We measure ourselves on what's in production, on a real store, in front of real users. We don't bill for demos. Our public portfolio — Ticklr on the Play Store, Beltline Living on Vercel, Project Minerva on GitHub — is the demo.

AI-native, calibrated.

We use Claude every day. We also write tests, document architectural decisions, and file follow-up issues for the cases where the LLM produced something we'd want a human reviewer on. The difference between "ships fast with AI" and "ships junk with AI" is the calibration. We've built ours.

Two-sided product thinking.

The consumer app you ship is also the marketing funnel for the B2B API behind it. The B2B API you ship is also the data substrate for the consumer experience above it. We design both surfaces with both economies in mind — and where it makes sense, we build them both.

Privacy-first contact app · iOS + Android · 21 locales

A complete cross-platform UI redesign delivered in a single development cycle — native iOS (SwiftUI) and native Android (Jetpack Compose), localized into 21 languages including RTL (Arabic, Hebrew) and non-Latin scripts (Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese). Comprehensive cross-platform invariant test suite. Bundled Noto fonts for non-Latin script rendering. Shipped on the App Store and Google Play.

Project Minerva

Self-owned property-data REST API · vendor replacement

A self-owned property-data REST API replacing ATTOM as the backend for a 3D Atlanta real-estate intelligence app. PostGIS-backed. Multi-tenant API key management from day one. Migrated production traffic via a 7-day parallel-run window (Minerva primary, ATTOM fallback) before cutover. Architecture supports plug-in providers (Proxiva) so future data backends — CoreLogic, Zillow, county GIS — slot in without application changes.
